Admissions division
The Admissions Division in the Graduate Studies Department is concerned with the admission system and all its related matters, study leaves and all related matters, and the file of higher diploma studies at the university, in addition to answering the Ministry’s letters related to graduate studies.
continuing studies
The (Extension and Supervision – Continuing) Division is concerned with department records/review, answering and follow-up (extension, postponement, promotion, withdrawal, formation of discussion committees, supervision), records of the University Committee for Postgraduate Studies/review, answering and follow-up in addition to monthly statistics for postgraduate students continuing their studies (annual report, university statistics, database for department members).
alumni
The Graduates Division is responsible for following up, checking and responding to letters of authenticity, checking and issuing university orders for granting certificates, in addition to following up on incoming and outgoing mail and all department needs.
